Program Finance Specialist

ENSCO has an opportunity at our corporate office for a dynamic Program Finance Specialist. In this role, the selected applicant will have the opportunity to work with contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, track annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, EAC analysis, Billing, Revenue Recognition on specific assigned programs and projects, and collaborate with contract administration personnel on a regular basis. Bachelor's Degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience A minimum of 7 years' experience in project related finance using financial management software (Deltek, ERP)Maintain contract budgets, prepare contract-billing, estimate materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.Must be able to understand bid rate structures and applications from the ground up including application of wrap rates and correct burdens.Must be able to build reports and charts based on verbal guidance for various internal and external requirements, and collaborate with PMs on Estimate to Complete quarterly.Must be able to analyze plans, forecasts, actual costs, variances and communicate trends to the program, line, and financial management.Must be able to prepare adjusting journal entries, reconcile various types of accounts and invoices in a timely manner.Experience with asset monitoring, management, predictive maintenance and reliability planning using IBM Maximo Application Suite#LI-DM1The Finance Division manages all aspects of the company’s long-term financial decisions and activities in order to maintain a healthy financial position.
