Assistant Manager

Mortgage Operations

In the role of Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the preparation of the service quality plans, manage the team, ensure process compliances, and resolution of escalations are completed successfully by Team Leads. You will also need to ensure that the preparation of Knowledge Management Compliances are completed by Team Leads, with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis for the specific processes under purview within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the transition coordination, resource planning and training, performance management of the team, Service level agreement and process compliance, knowledge management, process reengineering, resource optimization and overall governance of the Team Lead and their reports. You will act as a second hand person to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Managing and monitoring dashboards for Service Level Agreements to ensure proper compliance is being followed

Driving huddles for SLA agreements

Ensure that processes are being followed by the team per the customer's terms

Provide leadership and support to the team

Drive the team to success to meet assigned goals

Interact with the clients daily to ensure operations are running smoothly and to make escalations when or if needed

Be able to assist the Operations Manager with operational efficiencies and team management duties

Supporting the Team Lead's and Operation Manager

Qualifications

Basic

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

At least 6 years of experience relating experience

Preferred

Loan Origination, processing, and reviewing conditions

TRID and Settlement document review experience

High level understanding of Mortgage products and documents

Reviewing and validating loan documents

Experience with using Loan Originating System ex:// Encompass
