Sacramento office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience. The candidate will advise clients and in-house political reporting staff on compliance with campaign finance, lobbying disclosure, nonprofit tax-exempt rules, public official financial disclosure, and gifts to public officials. Will also advise on navigating the initiative, referendum, and recall processes at the state and local levels and assist in litigation relating to legislation and ordinances, ballot measures, and candidate-related matters. Prior experience and familiarity with any of these areas, including the Political Reform Act, Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC), Federal Election Campaign Act, Federal Election Commission (FEC), and Lobbying Disclosure Act, is a bonus.
