The candidate's duties include: Answer telephone calls and takes accurate and complete messages, gives information to callers, refers to others, or holds for team members; Prepare accurate, error-free, and properly formatted legal papers and correspondence; Compile, type, revise, combine, edit, print, and store documents; Schedule appointments, including meetings, conferences, court dates, and depositions for team member; Review, prioritizes, and routes incoming mail; Maintain current and orderly files according to firm guidelines. Ability to manage time and multiple priorities in a changing environment; should have 1-3 years of experience working in a legal setting or law firm; should be Knowledgeable about State and Federal Court rules, filing procedures; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.); Able to prepare accurate and error-free documents.
