Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis for effective case strategies.
• Draft and prepare legal documents and pleadings.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations related to claims.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case management.
• Stay updated on changes in Workers' Compensation law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado state bar or expectation of imminent admission.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred; recent graduates considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional research and organizational abilities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
