The criminal law clerk handles all criminal and habeas assignments plus some civil case assignments. The civil law clerk handles all IP, class actions of any type, and all other civil cases not assigned to the criminal law clerk. Class standing in Top 15% is preferred. Law Review/Journal experience is desired. Moot Court participation is an asset. Specialized patent work experience and legal work experience post-law school would be a plus. California Bar admission would be ideal.
Clerkship Term: November 22, 2022 to May 24, 2024.
