Event Hospitality Coordinator
The candidate will provide on-site setup and food and beverage service for in-office meetings and events, as well as administrative support to the Event & Hospitality manager with regards to event RSVP tracking, registration, setup and breakdown. Though the primary responsibilities will take place during business hours, some evenings will be required for events. In addition, this role requires working in conjunction with other firm departments such as Facilities, Office Services, Reception and others, as needed.
