Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities. Work well with others and have a positive attitude. Willing to work hard and take instruction from Legal administrators, and attorneys. Update spreadsheets, databases, case management software, and client information. Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships. Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a strong advantage. Spanish skills are required.
