Winston & Strawn is looking for an associate with at least three years of substantive corporate and structured finance experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions, credit funds and asset managers in financing transactions and leading significant portions of those transactions. Experience in structured finance and CLOs is preferred along with strong deal experience at a large law firm with a particular focus in structured credit and fund finance transactions. All candidates should be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
