The candidate should be a service representative with a call center background who is able to listen and obtain needed information from clients on every phone call. Background and experience in a high-volume call center is a plus. Must have 2+ years of customer service experience and excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills are needed. Experience with MS Office is essential. Strong time management skills are a must.
