Project Coordinator - Office of Research & Sponsored Programs (Résumé and Cover Letter Required) -IRC46300
Duties:
Performs coordinative work in day-to-day operations in order to develop and implement projects. As the primary administrative support for the Vice Provost for Research, Innovation, and Corporate Engagement, the incumbent maintains schedules, arranges travel, orders supplies, organizes central office files, and generally supports activities of the Vice Provost and the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. Additional duties include assisting the Director of Operations and operations team on financial transactions such as purchasing, travel, initial review of payroll summaries and expense verifications on internal and external grants managed by the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. Areas of concern include project development, financial management and administration, consultation operations, and planning. Work is performed under general supervision and performance is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in area generally related to project content or assigned responsibilities, preferred.
Experience:
Two years experience in generally related area.
Requirements:
Regular and reliable attendance at the University during regular scheduled days and work hours is an essential function of this position.
