Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking a partner or senior counsel with substantial experience in Federal and California income, property and transfer tax planning for real property transactions. Knowledge of partnerships, LLCs, Subchapter K, some Subchapter S and Subchapter C, investments by pension funds and endowment funds in US real property (UBTI), REIT’s, exchanges and debt issues are essential. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.
