Will be analysing requests for use of Indian-owned trust assets to determine the compatibility of proposed uses with agency mission and owner needs. Will be implementing a trust real estate services program to accomplish the timely and efficient processing of various realty transactions, i.e. right-of-way, surface, and subsurface leasing and permitting. Ensure lease compliance and responses to unresolved rights cases.
