Location:

Duties:

• Draft pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and responses to written discovery.
• Assist with depositions, oral arguments, and preparation for trials or arbitrations.
• Manage case files, including all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare and present oral arguments in court as necessary.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of all case-related documents and deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in handling commercial and business litigation.
• Experience drafting legal documents, including pleadings and briefs.
• Experience with depositions and oral argument in court.
• Strong case management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• High attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar is required.
