Duties: Draft and maintain compliance manuals, policies and procedures, dashboards and other compliance documentation for use in client engagements. Update periodically in accordance with regulatory changes and to meet sector-specific requirements. Assist in auditing and reviewing corporate compliance programs. Assist in compliance investigations driven by compliance programs or law department or counsel. Perform research and maintain knowledge on all regulations and statutes and manage large and complex projects to achieve all compliance objectives. Drive end-to-end project management, alongside senior team members, including the creation of requisite Document Request Lists, workplan creation, and progress tracking. Perform large-scale audits of client reporting methods and processes to ensure regulatory adherence. Assess and redesign organizational workflows, policies, and procedures (P&Ps), reporting, and internal controls relating to a client’s compliance function and adherence to HHS and CMS guidelines. Conduct client interviews to gain an understanding of and evaluate aspects of client situation and operations. Work closely with client organization’s C-Suite and compliance team to implement compliance and corporate policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and client culture, alongside supporting training programs and communications mechanisms. Support independent review and monitoring functions for clients including, but not limited to, driving key activities associated to A&M’s role as an Independent Review Organization (IRO) and Compliance Expert for select engagement. Develop operational data analysis to develop and support the implementation of KPI metrics. Effectively summarize, draw conclusions, and create recommendations from large data sets or analyses. Lead various work streams within a project, including managing day to day engagement priorities with guidance from senior leaders. Prepare client-ready deliverables and presentations, making presentations to clients. Coach and mentor junior staff, both formally and informally. Build relationships with clients and seek opportunities to expand the scope of business. Support business development initiatives by assisting with the pitch preparation process and creation of marketing materials.
