The candidate will join a team of talented professionals who provide sophisticated and efficient counsel to clients on a broad range of alternative investment transactions. Should expect to develop a business and investment skill set. Comfort with drafting complex documents, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills are required, as well as actively participating on conference calls with clients and eventually negotiating key terms and structuring the investments with the sponsor or opposing counsel.
