Debt Finance Attorney
The candidate should have 2-4 years of finance experience at a comparable law firm. Experience in secured transactions representing borrowers and/or lenders; a working knowledge of syndicated financing transactions, financing transactions for venture backed companies, acquisition financing transactions and convertible or high yield bond offerings; experience in closing transactions and familiarity with drafting documents in connection with financial transactions. Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law are also preferred. Must have a JD or the equivalent and have demonstrated high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
