US CTO Strategic Programs and Reporting Lead
Leads the strategic programs within US and DT CTO Organization. Develops and executes strategies, conducts critical analysis, and drives optimization activities to streamline costs and drive strategic change.
Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities
Reimagine process for building US and Deloitte Technology annual priorities and assist with working with Service Line Leaders across Deloitte Technology areas on proactive planning. Document and help lead discussions with service areas (work 1-2 years in advance).
Help organize technology transformation initiatives and steer them through completion
Manage technology transformation reporting; support deep dives with service areas to effectively measure and track initiative progress at every phase of the fiscal year.
Help establish the technology roadmap and monitor progress.
Provide leadership and support for strategic projects and initiatives and for special projects as requested.
Collaborates with team members to identify and create best practices.
Performs other job-related duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of strategic planning or related experience
Minimum of 2 years of people and/or process management experience
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven success in developing and executing internal and external strategies and digital communications plans for a large business, preferably in professional services
Experience in successfully managing and delivering sensitive, crisis, and executive communications requests in a large-scale corporate environment preferred
Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders
