All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply, including individuals with disabilities and Protected Veterans   DESCRIPTION Global Reporting Analytics & Insights is looking for a Sr. Management Reporting Analyst responsible for creating, standardizing, delivering, and automating global financial management reports that provide key insights on our internal business results.     CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Design, develop, implement, and maintain ongoing and ad-hoc reports at the request of global Business Units and Enterprise Finance Accurately analyze and collect internal data for various types of business reports to identify changes in business and finance activities Build reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards using multiple data sources to meet business requirements Maintain and distribute existing reports and dashboards and develop new processes to accurately report on critical data Provide training to existing and new users of OneStream Cube View reporting Work with internal stakeholders to answer data & reporting questions and ensure reports meet business needs Work with partners in Enterprise Finance, Division Finance, and IT to improve data collection processes, enhance existing reports and data sources, discuss requirements, work on cross-functional projects and share best practices Provide requirements for report enhancements & new reports design Translate data into clear and concise communications and reports for leadership updates Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, dashboards, and key insights to leadership team Participate in projects to support Enterprise Finance process and governance when required Understand global financial processes and update key inputs and outputs as new processes are implemented Support existing and future Acquisition and Divestiture activities through meaningful and accurate reporting     POSITION REQUIREMENTS   FORMAL EDUCATION: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related field is required.   KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 3 years of accounting or finance experience Working knowledge of EPM and OneStream   Preferred: Familiarity with Oracle General Ledger Experience with FactFinder, OBIEE, Tableau, MicroStrategy, OnBase, Mobius or other internal reporting applications    TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:   Required: Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task Competency in developing and analyzing reports     Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
