Immigration Paralegal

The candidate will be supporting the Immigration Law Unit (ILU) with respect to a wide range of duties requiring U.S. immigration specialized knowledge, including: assisting the ILU in managing a large, complex immigration caseload on behalf of employees across all U.S. businesses and functions; assisting the ILU with high volume data management and associated tools; assisting the ILU with respect to the management of corporate immigration programs; assisting the ILU in the review of immigration documentation (including nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions) and help to ensure immigration work product quality/consistency; maintaining high level of communication with outside counsel and internal stakeholders regarding troubleshooting matters and procedural issues; developing and running reports for case management with high-volume accuracy; assisting the ILU with respect to training for HR and business managers on a host of immigration-related topics; and assisting with various assigned projects. Should have specialized knowledge of U.S. immigration matters. must have excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint. BA degree required. 4 – 6 years' corporate immigration law experience required; and Law firm and in-house experience (including financial institutions and/or technology firms) preferred.
