Winston & Strawn’s Los Angeles office is looking for an associate to join the private equity group. Candidates should have between 2 - 5 years of M&A and/or private equity transactional experience in the corporate department of a top-tier law firm. Ideal candidates will have experience representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in connection with leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity and minority investments, and related strategic transactions. Admittance to the California Bar is preferred.
