Must have inside sales experience and outstanding communication skills.Strongly Desired: Residence in Montgomery County with less than 30-minute commute to Rockville.General Job DescriptionThe primary role of an inside sales person is to make outbound calls and e-mails to existing corporate-approved branch and to convert them into viable leads for inside market leader to turn into profitable clients. This position will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity with the branches, brokers and wholesale clients we deal with and ensuring information is updated frequently, accurate and organized properly.Major Duties and Responsibilities:● Contact branches, brokers and loan officers and tell them more about our company● Convert these branches brokers and loan officers interested in working with us and get someone from sales to call them.● Research branches, brokers, wholesale lenders and loan officers online and update\/input the information into the system● Be able to explain the basic core value proposition, e-mail a client a set-up package and set-up a username and password.● Emailing target branches and wholesale lenders through email campaigns● Maintaining excellent records for all interactions with clients and prospects thru Salesforce - Keep Salesforce up to date● Working with operational and support staff to identify potential issues and customer service issues● Accomplishing goals as set by the department and organization;● Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Additional Responsibilities:● User Set-up● Client Research● Intro package – branch, user, general set-upMetrics\/ Key Performance Indicators:● 150 Calls per day● 150 Emails per dayGoals:· 10 Leads per day to inside sale
