Corporate Counsel, Physical Stores Technology
The candidate will support hardware development, manufacturing/supply chain, and technical operations teams. Specific responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating various agreements (procurement, contract manufacturing, licensing, etc.), counseling teams on legal issues ranging from hardware certification to tax and trade compliance on cross-border transactions, and resolve issues that arise in business relationships including contractual disputes. Must have Juris Doctor and membership in good standing of at least one state bar. Should have 5+ years of experience practicing law. Must have experience with technology transactions. Experience supporting technical operations (manufacturing, supply chain, etc.) preferred. Experience successfully contributing to cross-functional teams and leading strategic discussions with leadership desired. Strong written and oral communication skills a plus.
