Job Details:

Lead Responsibilities: This position is responsible for assisting the Manager in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the Manager's instructions are communicated to the team members including safety training, safety inspections and daily safety communications. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

Assembling and Disassembling Equipment

Operate/Maintain Mobile Equipment

LOTO Procedures

Preventive Maintenance on all Equipment

Climbing, standing, bending, sitting, carry-push-pull up to 70lbs multiple times monthly.

Candidate must be willing to work in hot and cold conditions

Candidate must be able to work overtime and weekends

Candidate must be able to take instructions and communicate effectively

External Requirements:

Up to three year’s work experience in Milling/Manufacturing Maintenance
