Presentation Designer

The candidate will use Microsoft Office to develop creative solutions for presentations, leave-behinds, event collateral, and more. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all brand presentations are of a high standard with consistent formatting. Solve issues like blurry images and logos, confusing layouts, and ineffective design as requested. Uphold the firm’s design and brand guidelines - possessing a strong knowledge of design standards across each piece of work. Creatively conceive and illustrate complex ideas, visions, and strategies through tools across Microsoft Office. Conceptualize, design, revise, and oversee the completion of custom graphics, illustrations, and animations as requested. Format firm communication templates in Microsoft Outlook using tables, images and text. Coordinate on special requests with the Document Services and Word Processing teams. Bachelor’s degree of Arts or Science from accredited College or University is preferred. Should have 5+ years of professional PowerPoint presentation design experience. Working knowledge of appropriate image quality, resolution, and color mode according to intended project usage is preferred. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS coding is a plus. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design is a plus.
