Construction Litigation Attorney

Profile

We are looking for an associate attorney with 2-8 year experience, ideally with construction law, commercial litigation, insurance defense or first party insurance claim experience. Transactional, insurance coverage and general litigation experience will also be considered. Small, busy law firm specializing in construction law. Cases are primarily in Southeast Florida, but some matters around the State of Florida. Excellent work environment and benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Associate will handle own cases and work with senior attorneys on more complex matters. Associate should be a self-starter and be adept and advancing cases through litigation process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
