Your impact as a Broker for Aon Global Client NetworkThe AGCN Senior Broker is responsible for the management of a complex portfolio of international accounts, including the placement and service, and ensuring multinational client deliverables are maintained. This individual is accountable for acting as the AGCN representative for the local office or region on new business opportunities and any training needs for internal and external clients. This individual leads by example as a strong sponsor of Aon’s Leadership Model; supporting local AGCN colleagues; promoting and ensuring connectivity, collaboration and partnership within local office practices and functions and fostering the sharing of knowledge, standard methodologies and resources around multinational accounts.Job Responsibilities:Being intimately aware of AGCN Operational protocols/processes/tools, AGCN Value Proposition, and multinational risk and insurance options in order to lead and participate in account and strategy implementation for regionDesign, placement and servicing of large and sophisticated casualty insurance program, including those with alternative risk financing structuresLeads local efforts to help ensure an overall multinational approach by colleagues, markets and clients in the design & execution of risk management programs as /where needed, across all lines of insurance and all geographies, with particular focus on international casualtyUnderstanding and articulating value of various account service and revenue structures for international insurance programs to internal and external stakeholdersProviding international casualty technical expertise to a portfolio of complex multinational accounts, as well and supporting ad hoc requests from colleagues within the office and/or regionForging a strong working relationship with Producers, Account Executive Teams, Practice Leaders and Office Management to develop and execute AGCN/multinational strategy within the office on Outgoing multinational accountsActively participates in operational & sales opportunities providing consultation and directionWorking to contribute towards growth and retention targetsFamiliarity with the local office portfolio of multinational accounts, including “key” accounts for the firm and providing regular oversight on relationship statusBased on knowledge of local client deliverables and any additional requirements specific to the local client portfolio, team leader will help ensure proper team staffing & training.
