Duties

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Practical expertise in construction defect claims, general insurance defense, or first-party property disputes is preferred.
• Strong command of litigation procedures, including discovery and trial preparation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and valid Bar license in Florida.
