If you are an Installed Base Sales Tools Product Manager looking to excel and grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a talented candidate for this brand-new cutting-edge position. This is a remote position that can be located in Eden Prairie, MN, St. Louis, MO, Round Rock, TX, or, Boulder, CO. The Installed Base Sales Tools Product Manager is responsible to deliver new data-driven sales planning tools and updated CRM workflows. Our office software and product line data have been digitalized faster than ever, creating opportunities for data analysis and insights that will change our preparation for sales engagements. This role will lead to the definition of new dashboards which define new opportunities. The product manager will drive adoption of the toolset by participating in annual sales site planning processes to help create targeted, defined, and solution-based growth opportunities. With new tools, this role will also collaborate strongly with product management and marketing teams to define successful sales use cases that fit with our customer’s biggest challenges. As the program grows, this role will provide input to the evolution of product and service offerings that further expand Emerson’s installed base sales and enable our customers’ success.

AS A PRODUCT MANAGER, YOU WILL: 

Define requirements and drive agile development of installed base data and product sales scenario tools to identify quantifiable sales opportunities.

Innovate using forward-looking technology such as AI and machine learning on large data sets.

Build engagement with site planning leaders and collaboration in sales channels to define prioritized sales opportunities using new data insights. Use this engagement as feedback to continuously improve the toolsets.

Establish the CRM engagement points with site leaders and the supporting workflows to drive activity leading to the intended sales outcomes

Collaborate with device and services product management teams to define the appropriate product strategies for sales opportunities.

Use success/fail criteria to evolve core product strategies.

Train, evangelize, and drive a cadence of on-site planning with site leaders; through collaboration with the Lifecycles Services leadership team.

Measure and communicate outcomes.

','!*!REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years experience. 

Legal authorization to work in the United States.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Education in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or STEM.

Able to define requirements and drive Agile development of installed base data and product sales scenario tools to identify quantifiable sales opportunities.

Innovate using forward-looking technology such as AI and machine learning on large data sets.

Working in a sales function with strong data knowledge and Oracle cloud.
