Duties:

• Work closely with experienced trial attorneys on general liability cases from inception to trial.
• Draft and respond to discovery demands.
• Appear for court conferences and oral arguments on motions.
• Conduct depositions of witnesses.
• Meet with expert witnesses to gather insights for cases.
• Counsel clients on case developments and draft status reports.
• Write motions on a variety of complex legal issues.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant litigation experience.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admittance to the New York State Bar.
