Executive Compensation Manager- Global Employer Services
Duties: Manage the client relationship, providing consultative services while exceeding expectations. Identify engagement opportunities and coordinate with engagement leadership to deliver the breadth of Global Employer Services to the client. Target and sell new and add-on services to current and target clients. Supervise the daily operations of your engagement teams and their delivery of compliance and consulting services. Be responsible for the development and motivation of the engagement team. Conduct proxy statement studies and analyses of other publicly available data sources. Benchmark, review, and design annual incentive plans and long-term incentive plan design and practice. Conduct statistical analyses of compensation and financial data. Model financial impact of compensation plans. Conduct performance metrics studies. Monitor executive and other compensation trends. Prepare client reports including all exhibits and summaries. Participate in marketing initiatives including writing proposals. Research and speech preparation for internal and external presentation. Potential to participate in broader Total Rewards projects including employee benefits, retirement and healthcare.
