Adjunct Faculty - School of Social and Behavioral Sciences

The candidate to teach an undergraduate or graduate course during the day, evening or on Saturday. Services are contracted on a semester/term basis. Available teaching assignments vary semester to semester, and may include the following disciplines: Anthropology; Counseling; Criminal Justice; Economics; Political Science; Psychology; Social Work; Sociology. Teach courses as scheduled. Access student work and provide timely feedback. Consider using Blackboard (the Learning Management System) to support the course. Support University’s diversity commitment and strong student-centered vision and mission. A Master’s degree in subject or related area and/or relevant teaching experience in subject area is required. Should preferably have Doctorate or J.D. (if applicable) preferred in subject or related area and/or relevant teaching experience.

Salary: Current SFT Adjunct Rate: $1475 per credit = $5900 per course.
