The Environmental Advisor position works in a role of progressive responsibility from entry level to Environmental Advisor. The position supports air compliance programs management as well as water and waste regulatory tasks completion. Job function also requires the ability to interpret data and generate reports to assist the refinery with environmental compliance and day to day program guidance.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or other related technical field.
GPA of 3.0 or above (A=4.0)
*Must have current valid drivers license.*
Candidates must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credentials Card)
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:The Maritime Transportation Security Act requires all persons who will need unescorted access to a regulated facility to have a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), issued in accordance with the rules established by the United States Coast Guard and the Transportation Security Administration. Candidates selected for employment must meet eligibility criteria to obtain a TWIC card.

Provides air permitting assistance that includes regulatory research and basic emission calculations.
Assists with compliance information for internal and external reporting.
Provides LDAR program assistance.
Provides BWON program assistance.
Reviews process and laboratory data day- to -day to asses wastewater treatment performance.
Reviews waste requirements and provides assistance.
Assists with the support of one of the operating unit as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
