Duties: Review coverage referrals from adjusters to provide feedback to complete the investigation or make a coverage assessment. Coordinate and attend discussions with the adjusting staff, claims management team members and/or legal staff members to discuss claim file issues, develop strategy for future handling or obtain agreement for resolution. Assist in development of training for the various levels of adjusters in handling of all aspects of claims handling (Coverage, Liability and Damages). Audit files from various levels of adjusters to verify that claims coverage investigations are followed. Work within a team to review polices for language changes.
