Job Summary

We are the Global Technology Organization, a team within the TPX Customer Experience (CX) organization, and we're responsible for the technology, systems and tools that support the customer lifecycle (sales, activation, billing, support, etc.), as well as employee-facing functions such as human resources, finance, and workplace information technology. We collaborate with our business partners to lead the technology strategy and execution of Comcast's customer experience transformation, which strives to make the customer experience simple, consistent and digital. Job Description

You will report directly to the Executive Director. Join our dynamic team and partner with VIPER, Entertainment and AI platforms to help craft the future.

The Director of Business Operations is responsible for financial operations, workforce planning/operations, and hardware/software planning/operations. This is both a leadership and a hands-on position that involves close partnership with cross-functional teams such as Cloud, Finance, HR, and Procurement.

What You Will Do:

Drive business operations function in areas of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, procurement/payment for $100M opex budget

Develop and implement labor strategy with employees, contractors, onshore/offshore team members

Partner with Procurement and client teams in negotiation of vendor contracts and vendor management

Provide regular analysis/presentation to client groups/leadership, identify risks/opportunities and drive resolution to challenges

Reviews monthly financial statements and conducts variance analyses, as required.

Establishes, monitors and reports on capital and operating expenditures.

Provides Accounting department with monthly reporting information for financial statement preparation.

Selects, trains, directs and motivates department personnel

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Gather and analyze data, summarize findings, articulate findings with partners/decision makers

Provide guidance to client groups with budget and procurement related issues

Salary:

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Denver Campus, with a Pay Range of $131,919.39 USD - $197,879.08 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
