SUMMARY: In this role, you will be responsible for providing internal operations assistance to Paragon Marketing Group, LLC (“Paragon”) and contributing general assistance and support to account management initiatives. Paragon, based in Skokie, Illinois, is an engaging team of dedicated professionals passionate about the sports and entertainment marketing industry. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following:


  • Assist with processes and procedures related to accounting functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and expense report violation remediation
  •  Assist with maintenance and upkeep of all office equipment, including, but not limited to, postage machine, copier, printers, fax machines, computers, handheld devices, and computer servers
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory for office supplies
  • Assist in facilitating the development and maintenance of recordkeeping systems, including, but not limited to, company financials, operations manuals, benefits brochures, and Employee Policy Manual
  • Answer and screen phone calls for Paragon general inquires
  • Greet visitors and accompany them to internal destination
  • Accept, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes, publications and packages
  • Respond to routine inquiries from Paragon personnel
  • Prepare routine correspondence
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities
  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules, itineraries, and reservations for management
  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of all office areas, including, but not limited to, front office area, copy area, conference rooms, kitchen, and storage facilities
  • Assist with facilities planning, management, and maintenance
  • Research and analyze, and make recommendations concerning, improving cost-effectiveness of office operations
  • Aid in communication of operating policies
  • Participate in and conduct orientation of new employees as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Paragon Managemen


  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Display sound organizational skills and computer literacy (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrate strong people skills
  • Analyze and assess programs, initiatives, policies, and needs and make appropriate adjustments
  • Aid company and client goals, objectives, and procedures
  • Follow directions and meet deadlines
  • Respond to new opportunities and adapt quickly to shifting conditions
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and cooperative attitude
  • Display a high level of energy and dependable, strong work ethic
  • Undergraduate status or Associate’s degree preferred; administrative experience preferred
  • Standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Occasional lifting of light to moderate weight objects
