The Intellectual Property Practice Group is seeking to add an associate with 3-5 years of litigation experience in patents, trade secrets, and soft IP. Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills as well as excellent academic credentials. IP prosecution experience would be helpful, but not required. This position is for our Birmingham or Nashville office.
