Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation in intellectual property matters.
• Conduct patent research, analysis, and drafting.
• Manage global patent prosecution and portfolio management.
• Assist clients with the freedom to operate and patent clearance evaluations.
• Negotiate and draft licensing agreements and other technology transactions.
• Conduct due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions involving intellectual property.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Articulate clear legal strategies and courses of action.
• Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations.
