JOB DESCRIPTION

Cintas is seeking an Area Uniform Room Manager. Responsibilities include managing the daily activities of a uniform room; implementing appropriate policies and procedures; hiring, training and developing employees; maintaining customer relationships; and maintaining service and goodwill to customers.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Required

*High School Diploma/GED *Minimum 2 years' managerial experience *Experience managing at least 5 employees *Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet *Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including overnight travel
