IP Docketing Specialist
The candidate will be docketing IP prosecution deadlines and assisting with docketing tasks such as updating the docketing software with new deadlines for US and foreign cases, printing daily reports and monitoring deadlines, gathering docket responses from the group and updating the firm's database, setting up new clients and matters in the database, conducting trademark and patent status checks on the US Patent and Trademark Office and various foreign agency websites. Preparing IP docket status reports. Assisting attorneys, paralegals and staff with special projects as assigned. Undergraduate degree is preferred. Should have 6+ years intellectual property experience in a law firm or legal services environment. Prior IP docketing experience is preferred. Prior IP docketing experience with CPi is preferred.
