Position Summary

Vulnerability management is a critical focus for Under Armour. The role is responsible for coordinating and streamlining the vulnerability management program at Under Armour globally. You will engage directly with various operational teams ensuring vulnerabilities are detected, prioritized, and remediation/mitigation actions are executed. You will play a key role in operational reporting & metrics capability, ultimately ensuring our Business units can adequately be measured towards compliance to the standard set for enterprise vulnerability management. You will work very close with both the Global Technology staff and application owners across the Business. This role is an opportunity to make a visible impact across Under Armour.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Own the vulnerability assessment and management program as a leader and subject matter expert.

Vulnerability scanning and reporting

Coordination of patch management

Establish and drive metrics, analytics, reporting, and a roadmap for continual program improvement

Able to understand, design, and develop vulnerability mitigation strategy, prioritize identified vulnerabilities, and manage risk associated with vulnerabilities

Author system/application vulnerability guidelines, principles, policies, and standards

Maintain currency of latest technology trend, particularly as they apply to vulnerability and risk management

Collaborate with threat intelligence and threat hunting activity leads to stay aware of emerging threats and new vulnerabilities.

Participate in impact assessments to help define prioritization and proper monitoring coverage.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Proven experience in vulnerability management strategies, standards, procedures and technologies across infrastructure- and application-level vulnerabilities.

Strong technical knowledge and experience required in areas of vulnerability assessment, risk-based analysis, and vulnerability mitigation.

Experience with vulnerability scanning and reporting, including analysis of results to effectively prioritize remediation efforts.

Knowledge of application development, network engineering, operating systems, and cloud environments.

Education And / Or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in a computing related discipline or similar work experience

10 years of related technology experience

3 years security vulnerability management experience

Other Requirements

Travel: Less than 10% of the year

Return to Work Designation: Fully Remote

Technology related to Enterprise and Cloud Network Security.

Firewalls, IDS and Aggregation tools. Security qualifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar)
