Assistant General Counsel, Home Solutions
Duties: Provide strategic advice and counsel on operational and regulatory matters, as well as guidance on issues arising in the day-to-day functionality of Humana’s Home Solutions line of business. Provide legal advice to business and clinical staff leadership regarding relationships with payors, including Medicare Advantage organizations, as well as other health care providers and entities. Collaborate with other members of the Primary Care and Home Solutions team to support operational, quality and risk management processes impacting CenterWell Home Health, onehome, and other Home Solutions entities. Work closely with Compliance, Risk, other attorneys, and key stakeholders on policy matters, compliance and internal audits. Assist with M&A projects as may be necessary from time to time. Identify areas in need of legal process improvement as it relates to Home Solutions and execute on same.
