Office Services Supervisor

The candidate oversees all workload/workflow as it pertains to daily Office Services (mail room and copy center) operations. Distributes and schedules Office Services work to Office Services staff. Administers use of Fresh Service (ticketing/tracking system). Provides assistance to all firm staff with production of all copy/print and mail room functions. Estimates time and resources required for tasks prioritize by importance. Acts as first point- of- contact for Office Services staff. Provides employee training/coaching/mentoring and conflict resolution. Addresses all Office Services related production and technical problems including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Provides assistance to causal users regarding walk up projects/functions. Maintains good quality control, efficient work floor and customer satisfaction. Provides ordering information to supply clerk including paper and supplies needed while establishing and maintaining inventory of supplies and maintenance records on equipment. Assists copy center and mail room staff as needed. Performs other various tasks / projects as assigned. Assists copy center and mail room staff and hospitality as needed. Other duties as assigned. Two-year degree preferred or 3+ years of related work experience is required. Professional service firm experience is preferred.
