The candidate will be monitoring clients' treatment statuses to ensure compliance & progression of their case. Notifying attorneys when their assistance is needed in any aspect of the pre-litigation process. Investigating and fact-finding for cases. Organizing, indexing and tracking files. Analyzing and organizing information to produce reports. High school diploma degree is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Should have 3-4 years of experience managing pre-litigation cases in a personal injury law firm. Bilingual skills are preferred.
