Profile

A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions practice group. This position focuses on complex class action litigation and requires exceptional legal writing and analytical skills. The role is not on the partnership track and is based in San Diego, CA.

Duties

• Draft high-quality litigation documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Analyze and review discovery materials to inform case strategy and motion preparation.
• Develop detailed outlines for depositions and conduct comprehensive discovery response reviews.
• Provide legal insights to support the team in strategizing for class action defense cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on drafting legal documents.
• Demonstrated expertise in motions to dismiss, summary judgments, and written discovery.
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation matters effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (e.g., California).
