Pre-litigation Case Manager
The candidate will create relationships with clients and guide them through the case process from intake to settlement. Will formulate treatment plans for clients ensuring they are receiving the best possible care. Monitor cases by verifying client attendance; observing, evaluating, and communicating treatments and responses; advocating for needed services and entitlements; obtaining additional resources; intervening in crisis; providing the utmost professional support. Maintain client records by reviewing case notes; logging events and progress. Communicates client progress by conducting weekly interdisciplinary meetings and evaluations. Request medical records and manage the resolution of property damage claims. Draft legal documents such as letters of representation and preservation of evidence. Ensure client file is complete for demand and potential litigation. Maintain client confidence by keeping client/attorney information confidential.
