The candidate will assist Pretrial Services, updating case files, scanning, e-filing, pulling files, organization of program packets and mailings. Other clerical duties as assigned. Must have High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of related office experience. Should have knowledge of Elkhart County courts system and operations, including laws and legal terminology, administrative regulations, and official court policies and practices. Ability to apply appropriate procedures to assigned duties accordingly. Must have knowledge of Standard English grammar, spelling, and punctuation and ability to type with speed and accuracy.
