Real Estate Finance Associate

The candidate should have 3+ years of experience to assist with commercial mortgage lending transactions, including construction loans, for a variety of lenders and property types across the country. Enthusiasm for, and experience in, representing lenders for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac commercial multifamily loans, commercial mortgage-backed securitization (CMBS) lending, and/or construction lending is a plus, but more general finance experience, including skills developed as borrower’s counsel, is also valued. Candidates with broad-based real estate experience, but lacking finance experience are also welcome to apply. Must have a demonstrated ability to capably juggle multiple matters and deadlines, and be effective at working as part of a supportive team, including supervision of other associates or legal assistants, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, drafting, and issue resolution skills.
