Description The Government \/ Education \/ Medical (GEM) Account Manager will be responsible for the following: 1. Perform daily queries of K-12\/Public Libraries, Local Municipalities, and Rural Healthcare opportunities using existing web tools. 2. Distribute GEM leads to certified field reps or Transport Account Managers depending on bandwidth request. 3. Review past distributed leads, and if any of those leads have gone untouched for 72 hours, pull that lead back into their own queue to work to completion. 4. Ensure assigned state territory is 100% complaint on all ILEC ERATE leads. 5. Ensure assigned state territory has 100% data integrity with respect to Account assignment. 6. Secure $2.5k in monthly quote which equates to a $30k yearly target incentive. K-12 \/ Libraries Rural Healthcare Municipalities 1. Query\u00a0 FundsforLearning.COM USAC.ORG CJISGROUP.COM 2. Distribute Send to ERATE Certified Field Reps (K-12 \/ Libraries, Rural Healthcare, and Municipalities) 3. Review Monitor all leads previously distributed (K-12 \/ Libraries, Rural Healthcare, and Municipalities) 4. Work If leads had not been worked in 3 days, then pull back in and work directly (K-12 \/ Libraries, Rural Healthcare, and Municipalities) ERATE HUB Will have a 5 State Territory Will have a two part criteria for Target Incentive x% Director Quota ($2k) x% Compliance Percentage Qualifications College degree or equivalent and 3-5 years professional level job related experience (Telecom sales or applicable account management); or 7 years professional level equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required.
