Duties

• Manage a docket of 120 cases with support from two team members.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently.
• Receive feedback and coaching from a managing attorney.
• Oversee the settlement process to ensure timely client payments.
• File suit and serve petitions approved for litigation.

Requirements

• Licensed Texas attorney in good standing or awaiting UBE bar results.
• Experience in personal injury law preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license.

Skills
